Strange Halloween...

Hokay, so...my friend Tom and I went trick-or-treating to gather money for Riley (mainly so I could have volunteer experience), and we got lots and lots of candy. Anyway...when 8:00 hit, the security person for the area comes...We stopped walking 'cause we thought he was going to turn in somewhere. Well, turns out he wanted to talk to us. He had a really strange southern accent, so it was hard to hear him, AND he was really quiet...which made things worse. Anyway, after a while I make out that he wants us to head back home...in fact, his exact words were, "This is a no-no time for trick-or-treating."

We were really concerned, but didn't question him, and instead turned around to head back to Tom's house so he could drive me home...Well, we walked a little ways when the security man returned and asked us if we were returning home...It was really creepy >w>;; Oh well, at least...he didn't try kidnapping us or anything XD;;

ANYWAY...besides that, I get to drive a robot on wheels tomorrow...It's uh...my first time driving one in a competition, so even though I'm not nervous yet I know I will be by tomorrow...'cause I'm afraid I'm going to fail them and such lol...My total experience driving it is about...two to two and a half hours maybe...Sooo...this could turn interesting really fast...

Weird. Curfew for people under 16 is 10.....they shouldn't be getting on to you at all. O_o

It wasn't curfew...it was just apparently the end of the trick-or-treating....I don't know, it was really odd...

Dude, you know the world's corrupt when there's a specific "end time" for trick-or-treating!!! D: I remember being out until 11 with mom and dad when I was little to trick or treat!

That's real BS that he was telling you to go home. It's not like you were being a nuisance or a delinquent. Had I been there, I'd have told him to raise money for Riley on his own!

*shrugs* We still got a lot of candy and a lot of money, so it's okay...When Tom was driving me home though we saw a bunch of houses near the big hill that had lights on...so I was like, "AUGH, ALL THAT CANDYYYY ;w;"
